By booking an appointment with Honed. you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are made via our online booking system.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured.
Please arrive on time—late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled appointments.
2. Consultations
We offer complimentary, no-obligation online consultations for all new clients.
A consent form is required for each treatment to assess suitability and ensure safety.
3. Payments & Deposits
Some treatments may require a deposit to confirm your appointment—this will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Deposits are deducted from your final treatment cost.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) may result in the loss of your deposit or incur a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
5. Medical Information
You must provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation and prior to treatment.
Honed. reserves the right to refuse or reschedule treatment if medical concerns are identified.
6. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee the exact outcome of any treatment.
Our practitioners will advise you honestly and professionally on what to expect.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to receive any aesthetic treatment.
Proof of age may be requested before treatment is carried out.
