1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments are made via our online booking system.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured.

  • Please arrive on time—late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled appointments.

 

2. Consultations

  • We offer complimentary, no-obligation online consultations for all new clients.

  • A consent form is required for each treatment to assess suitability and ensure safety.

 

3. Payments & Deposits

  • Some treatments may require a deposit to confirm your appointment—this will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are deducted from your final treatment cost.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) may result in the loss of your deposit or incur a cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

 

5. Medical Information

  • You must provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation and prior to treatment.

  • Honed. reserves the right to refuse or reschedule treatment if medical concerns are identified.

  • Our practitioners will advise you honestly and professionally on what to expect.

 

7. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to receive any aesthetic treatment.

  • Proof of age may be requested before treatment is carried out.
